Service Fulfillment Policy:

At Eventi Media, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring that our clients are fully satisfied. Below are the terms and conditions regarding our service fulfillment, cancellations, and refund policies.

Service Delivery

We will deliver the agreed-upon service as outlined in your service agreement or contract. The scope of the service, timeline, and pricing are provided upfront and should be reviewed prior to booking or purchasing our services.

Our services will be provided by trained professionals and in accordance with industry standards.

The timing and scheduling of services will be confirmed in advance. If any changes or adjustments are needed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Client-Initiated Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or failure to show up will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not show up for a scheduled service without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. A "no-show" is considered a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule a service, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the type of service.

Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with the services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 7 days of the service delivery.

A refund will only be issued if the service was not provided as agreed upon in the service contract, or if the work performed was not satisfactory and was not corrected after a reasonable attempt to do so.

In cases where a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

If you have paid for a multi-session service or a service that is ongoing, and you wish to cancel mid-process, a partial refund may be offered based on the amount of work already completed.

Refunds will not include any non-refundable materials, travel expenses, or third-party fees that were incurred as part of the service.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as consultations, custom services, or products purchased as part of the service, may be non-refundable after a certain point (e.g., once the service has been provided, or after materials have been purchased or ordered).

Service Modifications:

Service Changes and Additions

If you request additional services or modifications to the initial scope after the agreement has been signed or after work has begun, additional charges may apply.

Any changes to the service plan must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Service Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the service delivered, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue through direct communication. If necessary, we may offer a resolution, such as offering additional service or a partial refund.

Additional Terms:

Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delays, non-fulfillment, or cancellations of service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability for any service-related issue is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
